Melanie Robinson, Deputy CEO, The Institute of Leadership.
“The Institute of Leadership is delighted to announce our partnership with software specialists Wattle, to develop a revitalised and future-proof CRM platform. This new platform will greatly benefit our valued members, clients, and staff. During the tendering process, Wattle impressed us with their thorough approach and deep understanding of our diverse requirements and ambitions for this digital transformation project.”
“We look forward to building a long-term partnership with Wattle; one that will further enhance and innovate our membership and CRM experiences, benefitting the entire Institute of Leadership community.”
Founded back in 1947, the Institute of Leadership is the professional membership body that helps unlock individual and business potential. They have an active, international community of over 50,000 leaders and managers who are truly engaged in the learning and practice of leadership.
As a long-standing charity for leadership, the Institute are in an ideal position to offer innovative learning-oriented products and services that are accessible to all. They offer world-class tools, delivers award-winning e-learning, and undertake practical research to help unlock individual leadership potential.
There are many sides to a leader. The Institute cover them all.
The Institute initiated a project to review their incumbent Microsoft D365 CRM system from SmartImpact and Preside website CMS from Pixl8, after identifying that those systems were no longer fit for purpose. The systems were seen as cumbersome to use, with CRM and CMS not integrating effectively, and creating major challenges when the Institutes team wished to update, further configure, and amend in line with evolving business requirements.
Key to this is the fact that the Institute were looking for a partner with the ability to build both D365 and their website. An important factor to ensure seamless integration between the two systems, whilst also simplifying key business processes, and negating the need to deal with multiple partners.
To help the Institute reach it's future-proof state Wattle will deploy MemEx, our seamlessly integrated Membership Experience Platform, specifically designed to address the needs of membership organisations, to meet their digital challenges.
MemEx will act as a comprehensive baseline functionality framework for the Institutes new platform and, through defined processes of discovery, design, and build, be configured to their unique requirements, integrated with relevant incumbent systems, and deployed into the organisation in a phased manner.
