Planet Mark select Wattle for new Membership Management System

Planet Mark, provider of the renowned sustainability certification for businesses, has selected Wattle as its strategic technology partner to deliver its Membership Management System digital transformation programme.

Wattle will form a strategic technology partnership with Planet Mark and, over the next year, implement a comprehensive set of integrated solutions based on its flagship membership experience platform, MemEx, across multiple project phases.

Everything we do aims to achieve it and binds us together in a like-minded community.With over 800 certified company members, Planet Mark is growing quickly and, to remain scalable, needs to transform and automate the Planet Mark’s 3 key steps: Measure, Engage and Communicate.To support these needs Planet Mark are undertaking a wide-ranging Digital Transformation project, centred around the adoption of a Membership Management System (MMS).

In order to meet Planet Mark’s MSS requirements Wattle will deploy its integrated Membership Experience Platform – MemEx, specifically designed to address the needs of membership organisations. Deploying MemEx will enable Planet Mark to:

• Significantly enhance the value proposition of the Planet Mark by improving the community experience for holders of certification.
• Enable the business to scale more efficiently and effectively given the platforms underlying Dynamics 365 technology and wider Microsoft solutions portfolio.
• Act as a gateway, and provide a framework, which can be used to support the deployment of future apps and services for certified company members and others.
• Make it easier for the business to automate and increase new member acquisition and engagement.

MemEx will act as a comprehensive baseline functionality framework for the MMS platform and, through defined processes of discovery and gap / fit analysis, be configured to Planet Mark MMS requirements, integrated with relevant incumbent systems and deployed into the organisation in a phased manner.
