Ami Copeland, Chief Executive, The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. “We selected Wattle to help us transform our database and global website after an extensive RFP process. We were impressed by their passion and experience and knew that, not only would they handle our ambitious project with care, but they’d also push us to make it even better. We're confident and excited about dreaming big with Wattle and delivering something amazing for our team and our vibrant community of progressive bookkeepers around the world.”

The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) is the largest bookkeeping institute in the world.

It promotes and maintains the standards of bookkeeping as a profession through the establishment of relevant qualifications and the award of grades of membership that recognise academic attainment, working experience, and competence. In its role as a membership body, ICB provides ongoing support to members to ensure they are knowledgeable and up to date with the latest legislation, mindful of their ethical obligations, and best placed to provide a trusted and exemplary service to business.

ICB’s bespoke CRM system, and integrated website, no longer meets their needs and is holding back their ability to scale and support a much larger and more diverse membership. To enable their digital transformation ambitions the Institute plan to implement a new integrated CRM and CMS solution. The new platform will leverage innovative technology to support their membership and training needs, and integration with their learning management system, Rogo, and finance system, Xero.

  • Replacement of existing database with contact relationship and membership management solution (CRM).
  • New globally integrated website.
  • New member portal.
  • New member community platform.

To help the ICB realise its strategy Wattle will deploy MemEx, our seamlessly integrated Membership Experience Platform, specifically designed to address the needs of membership organisations, to meet the Institutes digital transformation needs and challenges. MemEx will act as a comprehensive baseline functionality framework for ICB’s platform and, through defined processes of discovery and design, be configured to the Institutes requirements, integrated with relevant incumbent systems, and deployed into the Institute in a phased manner over a 2-year period.

We look forward to sharing future updates about ICB's digital transformation process. To learn more about how Wattle can support your membership organisation contact our expert team today.
