Systems Adoption follows a proven four-step process to reduce risk, protect continuity and move your technology confidently into ongoing support and improvement.
Discover
We start by understanding the estate as it operates today. That means meeting your team and, where appropriate, your incumbent supplier to understand the systems, users, integrations, responsibilities, current priorities and any work already in flight.
We also identify the areas that need particular attention during transition, so there are no surprises later.
Review
We assess the technical estate in detail, including environments, hosting, source code, integrations, deployments, security, documentation and operational processes.
The aim is to establish what is healthy, what needs attention and what knowledge needs to transfer before Wattle takes responsibility. Where we find risks, gaps or technical debt, we make them visible rather than inheriting them blindly.
Transition
We coordinate the practical handover of the estate to Wattle, including environments, access, hosting, source control, deployment processes and supplier responsibilities.
We work through the transition with your existing team and suppliers, protecting continuity while knowledge, ownership and operational control move across.
Adopt
Once the transition is complete, Wattle takes responsibility for the systems and they move into ongoing support and improvement.
We establish the working rhythm, priorities and backlog with your team, addressing any immediate stabilisation work first and then moving into the longer-term support and continuous improvement your estate needs.
