The Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA), is an international membership organisation, committed to global sustainability. In order to play a key role in the movement to address the world environmental and sustainability crisis, IEMA supports the educational, training, and career needs of individuals and organisations globally. As part of this process IEMA is aiming to digitally transform their organisation, over the next 3-5 years, with the aim of supporting up to 45,000 members in over 100 countries.
In order to help IEMA realise these ambitions Wattle deployed of our seamlessly integrated Membership Experience Platform, MemEx, specifically designed to address the needs of membership organisations, to meet the Institutes Membership Management Platform (MMP), CMS (Website & Portal), and CRM requirements. MemEx acts as the comprehensive baseline functionality framework for IEMA’s new MMP and, through defined processes of discovery, design, and build, was configured to the Institutes requirements, integrated with relevant incumbent systems, and deployed into the organisation in a phased manner.
