IPA select Wattle for ongoing Digital Partnership

The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), the Royal Chartered body behind the organisations that make UK advertising what it is today, is to partner with Wattle to continue the ongoing digital transformation of their business-critical online services.

The combined IPA and Wattle team will continue to build upon the Institute’s core Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM and Umbraco CMS platform (plus Kineo LMS and other integrations) to deliver the organisation’s digital strategy.

Jason Pittock, Associate Director of Digital Strategy, Institute of Practitioners in Advertising. "The IPA website provides numerous services to our members and its functionality continues to grow as we extend our member offering. We selected Wattle as the IPA’s new digital partner due to both their extensive membership experience and strong technical abilities - especially in their approach to continuous deployment and quality assurance, to ensure new features are delivered quickly and smoothly. We look forward to working closely with Wattle to deliver new services and continued user experience improvements for our members."

The IPA has represented most of the UK’s leading advertising, media, and marketing services agencies for over 100 years. As the power behind the practitioners, they support and empower their members at the industry, agency, and personal level to unite, safeguard and inspire. Every year the IPA helps over 4,000 practitioners' future-proof their careers through its learning and development programmes as well as providing its member agencies with support and services which include thought leadership, advertising and legal advice, market and consumer insights, and professional development programmes.

Following an initial period of comprehensive onboarding and technical systems analysis, Wattle takes on responsibility for the ongoing support, maintenance, and development of the IPA's core digital systems within the dual frameworks of a Support & Maintenance Service (SMS) and Managed Retainer Service (MRS).

With the combined team now in place, Wattle and the IPA will work together to accelerate the delivery of ongoing D365 and Umbraco CMS development and define a long-term digital roadmap.
