Lawyers in Local Government (LLG), a professional membership body connecting, supporting, and representing lawyers in local authorities, has selected Wattle to deliver its new seamlessly integrated website, CRM and member portal.
Wattle will form a strategic technology partnership with Lawyers in Local Government (LLG) and, over the next 6 months, implement a comprehensive set of integrated solutions based on its flagship membership experience platform, MemEx, across 3 key project phases.
LLG's primary purpose is to represent, promote and support the interests of its members and operates across eleven branches in England and Wales. LLG membership is open to local government legal or governance officers working within a local authority, including monitoring officers and their deputies, solicitors, barristers, legal executives, licensed conveyancers, and trainees. The organisation also provides training services via a programme of high-quality training events aimed at the local government legal practitioner.
The project will offer LLG the opportunity to improve how they work, provide a platform to deliver increasingly great services, increasing efficiency in engagement and value to their membership whilst becoming more attractive to their corporate partners.
Kicking off with a detailed discovery phase, Wattle will design, configure and implement an integrated cloud-based platform comprising Dynamics 365 CRM, Umbraco CMS website and member self-service portal and Discourse member community forum.
