Wattle has been appointed by the Loan Market Association (LMA), the leading representative membership body for the syndicated loan market in Europe, to lead a comprehensive Discover & Design phase for an enhanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM and a new Member Portal, providing strategic guidance and collaborative expertise that will lay the foundations for a member-focused digital transformation and future platform development.
The LMA transitioned from its previous database system to D365 back in 2004, supporting membership management, event management, and marketing activities. While the current D365 functionality meets their needs, the LMA sought a partner to act as an extension of their small tech team to improve and enhance these capabilities for staff and members alike.
As a market-leading provider of D365 CRM solutions to the membership sector, Wattle is conducting a detailed Discover & Design exercise to define requirements and design an improved CRM system alongside a new Member Portal. This involves a full Systems Landscape Review, discovery workshops with LMA stakeholders, and the creation of a comprehensive Functional Requirements Document (FRD) that will guide the subsequent Build Phase. This partnership highlights Wattle’s commitment to delivering innovation and operational excellence within the membership sector, helping the LMA to maximise value for their membership community through a carefully planned digital transformation journey.
