NOAH (National Office of Animal Health) is the UK’s leading trade association for the animal health industry, representing 97% of the sector. NOAH plays a vital role in shaping the regulatory, political, and social landscape for animal health in the UK.
To modernise its digital infrastructure and better serve its members, NOAH launched a comprehensive CRM rebuild project. The objectives were to:

Having previously supported NOAH’s legacy CRM, Wattle was appointed to lead the transformation. We leveraged MemEx CRM, part of our wider MemEx Platform, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to deliver a CRM solution tailored to NOAH’s strategic goals and operational needs.
