We are delighted to announce that Wattle have been selected as the chosen technology partner to provide ongoing support services and development expertise to the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAE) through their next phases of digital transformation.
The Royal Academy of Engineering (RAE) is the UK's national academy of engineering. As a registered charity, RAE harness the power of engineering to build sustainable society and an inclusive economy that works for everyone. In collaboration with Fellows and partners, the primary aims are to develop skills for the future, drive innovation and build global partnerships.
Wattle’s partnership with the RAE will focus on the ongoing support and development of the Academy’s Dynamics 365 CRM and associated systems.
As an organisation with a strong mindset for innovation and technology, RAE plan to leverage their existing investment in CRM technology for the benefit of the wider organisation. Over the coming months the combined Wattle and RAE teams will work in collaboration to plan and deliver on Academy’s extensive CRM roadmap
The programme will commence with an in-depth on-boarding and discovery exercise to familiarise Wattle with the Academy’s organisation, people, objectives and CRM technology. With a firm understanding of the RAE’s overall strategy Wattle’s dedicated delivery team will focus on:
Expanding the footprint and benefits of Dynamics 365 CRM across the Academy.
Developing a long-term CRM roadmap to deliver improved process automation, efficiency gains and cost savings.
Ensuring the swift and seamless delivery of beneficial CRM functionality.
We look forward to sharing future updates about projects with the RAE. To learn more about how Wattle can support your membership or charitable organisation, contact our expert team today.
