UKCPA select Wattle for new CRM, Member Portal and Community Platform

We're delighted to have been selected as the long-term technology partner for the UK Clinical Pharmacy Association (UKCPA), a professional association that focuses on providing membership and services to clinical pharmacists.

Wattle are set to start work with the UKCPA on an extensive digital transformation programme, which will include the implementation of Wattle’s flagship membership experience platform, MemEx.

As part of the UKCPA’s long-term technology roadmap the association are looking to:

  • Improve member access to education and training by moving traditional face-to-face masterclasses and workshops online.
  • Provide outstanding online services, with a focus on their online community and forums, and complement the increasingly popularity of social platforms like WhatsApp.
  • Upgrade online technology to enable members to renew membership and book events online.
  • Implement a new administrative system (CRM) which will streamline internal processes and free up more time to support members.

It is essential that these measures, and related IT systems, support their ongoing vision to continue to foster and support excellence in clinical pharmacy practice for practitioners to provide outstanding patient care. MemEx will enable and support the UKCPA in delivering on its aspirations to grow its membership, ensure member relationships are mutually beneficial, deliver inspirational educational and training events and enhance its professional reputation in all areas.
